Over a third of Innoprom exhibitors were foreign companies

About 20 thousand people visited the international exhibition Innoprom-2021, which came to an end in Ekaterinburg. Over 500 companies took part in the event, 35% of which were foreign organizations, the exhibition organizers told the Made in Russia project.

"This year more than 500 companies took part in the exhibition, of which about 35% were foreign companies. In total, more than 1,800 companies, associations and regions of Russia sent their delegations. During the exhibition, it was visited by about 20 thousand people," the organizers said, adding that during the exhibition, more than a hundred business events took place to discuss industrial development, digitalization, automation, cybersecurity, robotization and energy saving.

In addition, the participants touched upon waste management, recycling, development of hydrogen technologies and personnel training.

18 Russian regions and 11 foreign countries including Italy, Japan, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium and Germany presented their stands at Innoprom-2021.

At the Hungarian stand, for example, there were five companies. Among them is a company that manufactures complex cast iron, large and medium sized welded parts, a manufacturer of engines and lathes, and a company that manufactures safety devices, devices for measuring liquids in the pharmaceutical industry and various fields of the energy sector.
