The site of the former industrial zone "Hammer and Sickle" in Moscow will be reorganized under the program of integrated development of territories (CRT). As part of the redevelopment, non-residential real estate objects will be built on the site, where about 1.5 thousand people will be able to find a job. The corresponding draft decision is published on the website of the metropolitan government. This was stated by the vice-mayor of the city Vladimir Efimov. His words are quoted by the press service of the Moscow government."In the former industrial zone "Hammer and Sickle", a plot of almost two hectares will be reorganized, which is located along Perovsky Passage.

Investments in the integrated development of the territory will amount to more than 6.5 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect of the project will exceed 450 million rubles. Public and business facilities will be built on the site, where almost 1.5 thousand people will be able to work," the deputy mayor said.

At the moment, warehouses, car washes and car services are located on the territory. The redevelopment of the site will be carried out by the copyright holders themselves, the city or an investor attracted by the results of the auction. In their place, it is planned to build more than 60 thousand square meters of real estate.
