Moscow will be able to reach the volume of localization that the Renault concern had by the end of 2023, when the company owned the Moskvich enterprise. This was told by the vice-mayor of the capital Maxim Liksutov in an interview with the newspaper "Arguments and Facts"."Now we are assembling cars from large units, and at the end of next year some of the body parts will be produced in Moscow, Russian-made tires will be put on the cars," Liksutov said.

According to him, the production capacity of the enterprise will be 50 thousand cars in 2023, of which 10 thousand are electric cars. By 2024, the volume is planned to increase to 100 thousand cars, 20 thousand of which are electric cars. The first 200 electric vehicles will be released in December 2022.
