The Moscow authorities intend to reorganize the site of the former industrial zone "Teply Stan". This was stated by the vice-mayor of the capital Vladimir Efimov, his words are quoted by the press service of the city government."The city has signed an agreement on the comprehensive development of the site of the former industrial zone "Teply Stan" with the investor identified at the auction.

The reorganization of the territory will be handled by the company "Specialized developer Sevtekhnadzor" from Arkhangelsk, part of the Aquilon group of companies," Yefimov said.

The site is planned to be reorganized according to the program of integrated development of territories (CRT). As part of the reorganization, public and industrial facilities will be built on the territory. The investor's investments in the project are estimated at 17 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect for the city is more than 1.5 billion rubles. As a result, more than 4.4 thousand new jobs will appear in the capital.
