Doctors from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, thanks to the Moscow Hub Telemed platform, will be able to use a neural network to analyze radiation studies of patients. They will have access to algorithms used by radiologists in Moscow, including a comprehensive service that helps to identify signs of seven pathologies at once. This was told by the deputy head of the Moscow Health Department Ilya Tyrov, his words are quoted by the press service of the government of the capital."In Moscow, artificial intelligence has been helping doctors analyze radiation images for more than two years: algorithms have already processed more than seven million studies in 15 different areas.
And now we are ready to scale this project," Tyrov said.
After signing the relevant agreement, five medical institutions of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District began using the Moscow Hub Telemed platform.
Neural networks help doctors find signs of lung cancer, COVID-19, spinal osteoporosis, thoracic aortic aneurysm, coronary heart disease, stroke, pulmonary hypertension, hydrothorax, as well as lung pathology, breast cancer and flat feet on computed tomography.
