As told to "Made in Russia" in the company's press service, customers can either return the money, or wait until their orders arrive from other warehouses in Tver and Solnechnogorsk."Customer orders that were not collected due to the fire have been canceled, the money has already been returned to customers.

The goods that are in the block not affected by the fire will be moved to other Ozon fulfillment centers and will become available for purchase again," the Ozon press service said in response to the Made in Russia request.According to the company's press service, the burnt-out warehouse in Novaya Riga is not the only one in the Central Federal District (CFD).

Already, orders are being delivered to customers from logistics hubs in Khorugvino (Solnechnogorsk) and Tver.

Recall that the fire at the Ozon warehouse in the village of Petrovskoye in the Istra district of the Moscow region began on the afternoon of August 3. The flame covered an area of 55 thousand square meters. There was a partial collapse of the roof and wall of the building. More than 150 firefighters and about 40 pieces of equipment, including Mi-8 and Ka-32 helicopters, as well as a fire train, were involved in extinguishing the fire. Rescuers were able to eliminate the open gorenje on August 4 at 05:45.
