In 1998, he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute as an aircraft and helicopter designer.

While studying at the university, he worked in an advertising agency, as a warehouse worker, then in the Russian Aircraft Corporation MIG as a design engineer.

He joined SKB TELSI in 2002. He rose from sales manager to deputy general director. In 2017, he took up the position of General Director.

As a result of the work of the company's team under the leadership of Polyakov, he became a leader in a number of products on the Russian market, developed a wide dealer network and entered the international market.

Throughout his career, Polyakov has been constantly improving and regularly attending advanced training courses.

Today, SKB TELSI has three main directions:
