The company RT-Techpriemka (related to the state corporation Rostec) together with the Institute of Quantum Physics intend to create an Internet resource that will allow to carry out scientific research and obtain advanced estimates of the absorption capacity of atmospheric gases.

Such service will be available not only for Russian specialists, but also for international scientists and experts, for example, to obtain data on the radiative properties of greenhouse gases in the atmospheres of the Earth, planets of the solar system, exoplanets and cold stars.

As noted on the Rostec website, spectroscopic methods can determine what makes up the gas medium, and characterize a number of important properties of molecular atmospheres.

According to the first deputy general director of RT-Techpriemka Denis Kononchuk, now the specialists are facing the task to create a portal where users will carry out calculations of the required spectra. At that, the specialists will be able to assist in research of spectra of single molecules or their complexes.

According to Konstantin Kazakov, Director of the Institute of Quantum Physics, the IT-solution will enable to significantly increase the accuracy of calculations, optimize them and reduce the time for obtaining results in the field of spectroscopy.
