Manufacturer of towel rails from stainless steel "DVIN" took part in the 24th international exhibition of household and industrial equipment for heating, water supply - Aquatherm Moscow, which was held February 11-14, 2020.

"DVIN, as an industry manufacturer, has taken part in this event annually since 2009. And this year was no exception for the company. The 2020 exhibition successfully confirmed its status as the most sought-after and large-scale industry event, as well as a productive B2B platform for meeting and interaction between developers, manufacturers, suppliers of advanced technologies and effective solutions. This year the exhibition was attended by 28,902 professionals from 80 regions of Russia and 55 countries," said the company representative.

During the exhibition "DVIN" presented samples of its own products: all the line of classic towel dryers "DVIN" was presented at the exhibition exposition, and at a separate stand the novelties of 2020 were presented. "All products of the company attracted a lot of attention from visitors-specialists and guests of the exhibition", - added in the company.

In addition, the company's management also negotiated with potential suppliers and buyers during the four days, in addition to presenting the products. "As a result - at the exhibition a contract was signed for the supply of products to Uzbekistan, as well as preliminary agreements were reached with a new partner from Kyrgyzstan," the company said.

Since the exhibition was held before the termination of air links between the countries, we were able to negotiate not only with partners from the regions of Russia, but also with many foreign companies, which gave us a good start in the difficult quarantine period. Negotiations are still going on with many potential customers and samples of products have been sent to many of them. Many negotiations have moved from offline to online due to the closure of borders, which greatly reduces the travel expenses of the company. Industrial company "DVIN", founded in 2003, is the largest factory in Moscow for production of towel dryers from stainless steel.

Basic products of the company are water and electric towel dryers.

Production

At factory "DVIN" at manufacture of towel dryers a full cycle production process is applied.

The industrial complex "DVIN" occupies the area of 3200 m² and consists of six lines: a preparatory workshop, a site of grinding, the welding site, a site of polishing, a dyeing chamber, and also a site of assembly and packing.

The company has an in-house rationalization and invention department which carries out the whole range of design and implementation of the equipment in production. The majority of machines for production of towel dryers at the factory are created by the company's engineers.

At all stages of production the department of quality control monitors the half-finished product. And in 2011 the company passed certification of quality management in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001.

Export

Since 2008 DVIN began exporting its products. The first supplies were to the Eurasian Economic Union countries, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Later, contracts were concluded with Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Armenia, Abkhazia and Uzbekistan.

Exhibitions and Events

Since 2013, DVIN manufacturing company has been participating in the international KazBuild exhibition, which is held in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan. It helped the company to expand significantly the geography of the brand presence on the domestic market of the republic.

With the support of DVIN plant, Belarusian dealers annually present products of the company's brand of the same name at the largest industry exhibition "Water and Heat" in Minsk.

Since 2019, with the assistance of the Moscow Export Center, DVIN is represented on the international electronic b2b site Alibaba.
