Father - Orlov Sergey Anatolievich, engineer by profession, founder of ORMAS Group of companies. Mother - Orlova Natalia Vladimirovna, engineer by profession, teacher of Russian language and literature.

In 2009, he graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. He has two specializations: World Economy with a specialization in foreign economic activity and Reference Interpreter in Chinese.

In 2009-2010, Orlov worked as an interpreter in the Chinese language. - In 2009-2010, he worked as a specialist in the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In 2011-2013, he held marketing positions at the representative office of Yamaha Motor company.
