Radchik Igor Iosifovich - founder and general director of Balancing Machine Plant Research and Development Company - the largest Russian manufacturer of balancing machines and vibration measuring equipment.

In 1972, he graduated from the Faculty of Power Machine Building of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in gas turbines.

After graduation, Igor Radchik worked in various divisions of Gazprom company. During the first years of his production activity, from 1973 to 1981, he was engaged in adjustment and commissioning of gas turbines at compressor stations of gas trunklines under construction. From 1981, he worked as Head of the Vibration Diagnostics Unit at Orgtekhdiagnostika.

In 1989, he became the Head of Dolphin Diagnostics, a company specializing in repair and adjustment of numerical control machines at various industrial enterprises. The company also carried out vibrodiagnostics and vibroinstallation of various industrial equipment.

Since 1994, in close cooperation with the management of the Moscow Automatic Lines and Special Machines Plant (MOZAL), he organized and headed the enterprise for designing and manufacturing of balancing machines and vibration measuring equipment. During its work the team has produced more than a thousand balancing machines of various capacities, which are now successfully used at many enterprises in various industries. The enterprise has produced more than 2.5 thousand units of portable vibration measuring devices and supplied to the customers more than 1.5 thousand channels of stationary vibration control systems.

Since 2015 and up to the present time it has been the General Director of Balancing Machine Plant Research and Development Company - a member of theInternational Association of Aero-Engine Manufacturers ASSAD and the Russian Association Of Manufacturers Of Machine Tools Stankoinstrument.

Winner of the Government Prize in Science and Technology in 2004.

Author of more than 50 technical and scientific publications, including 30 patents of the Russian Federation.
