Goldberg Stanislav Aronovich - born May 29, 1954.

In 1976 he graduated with honors from Moscow Technical University of Communication and Informatics, specialty - Telecommunication Engineer.

In 1986, he took a course at the All-Union Institute for Advanced Training of Executive Officers in the field of Metrological Support of Industrial Production with a specialization in Chief Metrologist.

In 1988, he established one of the first medical scientific production cooperatives in the Soviet Union, then transformed into General Director of HEM company since its establishment.

In 2008, Goldberg graduated from the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS in the course Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.

During 30 years of company's work 7 projects on creation of import substitution production of medical devices were implemented.

Vice-President of Non-commercial partnership OPORA, Chairman of the Commission on Circulation of Medical Devices, Expert of the Industry Committee.

Vice-President of Moscow association of small entities-producers of medical equipment ASMEDICA.

Member of Presidium of Federation of Laboratory Medicine.

Head of the profile commission of the Public Council of Roszdravnadzor on circulation of medical devices.

Member of the working group under the Government Sub-Commission of the Regulatory Guillotine for supervisory and control activities.

He was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2016. Goldberg received a commendation from the Ministry of Health in 2019.
