Training and methodical laboratory
One of the subdivisions of the Aquilon is an educational and methodical laboratory. The highly skilled employees of laboratory develop methods of performance of measurements on the modern equipment, bring already existing methodical base in conformity with modern standard requirements and possibilities of the analytical equipment. They are ready to consult specialists of laboratories on equipment maintenance, as well as on all stages of analysis, from sample preparation to instrumental solution. This includes not only chromatographic but also electrochemical, potentiometric, atomic absorption, photometric and other types of analysis.
Educational programs
Together with the Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Training) of the Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Institute of Nutrition, Federal Centre of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Scientific Centre of Antibiotics, Aquilon conducts training and professional development programs for laboratory staff of different types and subordination. Over five hundred people are trained annually.
Products
One of the main activities of the company is development and production of liquid chromatographs of Stayer series, as well as a wide range of auxiliary chromatographic equipment - Liquid chromatography - one of the most sensitive, highly accurate and reproducible methods of analysis, widely used in Russia and abroad.
More than 1,400 Stayer chromatographs are successfully functioning in the Centers of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Centers of Standardization and Metrology, Environmental Services, thermal and nuclear power plants, research centers and universities.
Along with equipment for liquid chromatography, Aquilon produces:
- potentiometric titrators;
- pH meters, ionomers;
- potentiometric electrodes;
- inversion voltamperometric instruments - voltamperometric analyzers;
- spectrometric equipment - spectrophotometers, atomic absorption spectrometers;
- deionizers.
Manufactured range of devices allows to provide high-precision quantitative chemical analysis of the majority of regulated parameters and at delivery are accompanied by a full complex of services, including not only warranty and post-warranty service and commissioning, but also operative service, personnel training, delivery of measurement procedures, information and consulting assistance.
All devices manufactured by the company have passed State tests for type approval of measuring instruments and are included in the National Register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation. All measurement procedures are included in the Federal Register of Measurement Standards applied in the spheres of state metrological control and supervision.
